Sometimes we need to share some of the project data with others. We want to make strict restrictions on the data, dimensions, metrics, and segments in the project, so that the people who share it can achieve the operation we expect, and they can Normally use the dimensions, metrics, and segments that are shared.
This requires Curated Projects.
Let’s take a look at how to create a Curated Projects.
1、Create New Project
Feel free to create a chart inside.
2、Choose Project ➪ Save As and Name as “Curated Projects-1”
3、Choose Share ➪ Curate Project Data
The Curated Components bar appears, as shown in Figure:
By default, all metrics, dimensions, segments, and time ranges in your project’s visualizations and tables are added to the list of curated components.
You can drag new components into the Curated Components bar to give your end-users more access to interact with the visualizations, for example:
You can choose any set of dimensions, metrics, segments, or date ranges.Just drag it.
If you want to delete, just click on it and there is an X to delete it.
If set, click Done
4、Choose Project ➪ Save
This will save, you can go to the left of your choice of dimensions, metrics, segments, or date ranges.
Others can only analyze these dimensions, metrics, segments, or date ranges.
5、 Choose Share ➪ Share Project
Fill in some basic information, such as name, description, and tags
Click the down arrow next to Recipients and add recipients from the list of available people with access to the project.
5.Click the Share button
