Error

When trying to add a new user in GA4, you may encounter the following error: “This user did not satisfy this organization’s user policy” as shown in the screenshot below:

Reason

Your organization has restricted GA4 access to specific email domains through Google Marketing Platform organization policies.

For example, the organization may only allow users with company email addresses such as:@yourcompany.com,If you try to invite a user from another domain, the request will be blocked automatically.

 

Solution

You need to update the organization’s User Policy settings.

Click「Administration」——「User policy」GA4: How to Fix“This user did not satisfy this organization’s user policy” Error

Add your email domain.
