Modify Currency in Adobe Analytics Reports/Workspace

Question

How to modify the currency displayed in Adobe Analytics, for example, the website is currently set to USD, but now I want to set it to HKD.

Solution

Reports

For Reports, you can modify the currency  in Report Settings, click「Component」——「All Component」——「Report Settings」in Adobe Analytics:

This setting only takes effect for Report.

Workspace

For Workspace, you can contact Adobe Client Care to modify it, but the historical data will not be automatically converted.

For example, if you used USD in the past, the amount was 100, which is based on USD. If you change to HKD, the past value is still 100, and it will not be automatically converted to HKD.
