The number of active users in different reports in GA4 is inconsistent. For example, in the page and screen reports, the number of active users of /shop/family-day and /shop/new are 8242 and 7299 respectively:
In the free form: /shop/family-day and /shop/new have 8305 and 7102 active users respectively:
